FAQ's

I have a subscription, but when I try to login to my account it says I don't have one.  Whats wrong?
You can have a subscription without having an account on our website.  If you have not registered an account you will need to create an account here using the same email address used at checkout previously.  At that point you can log into your account and access features such as subscription editing.

How do I log in to my subscription account?
You can access your Customer Portal through your Well Earth Goods account login here.

Once your account is registered, you can login and access your Well Earth Goods Customer Portal by clicking on the Manage Subscriptions link.

Alternatively, you can access your account using the Customer Portal direct link. This link was sent in your Subscription Confirmation email and your Upcoming Order email.

I got a notification that my package was delivered, but it's not here
Occasionally USPS will mark packages as delivered slightly before it actually is.  Give it a few hours, and if it hasn't shown up we're happy to dig into the issue and will get you your order even if we have to send a new one.

How do I change my billing information and shipping address?
You will need to cvreate an account if you havent yet.  You can create an account here using the same email address used at checkout previously.  Once you are logged in use the address and billing info tabs to change the corresponding information.

My Package is lost/damaged & I purchased shipping insurance.  How do I get a new package?
If your package gets lost or damaged just shoot us an email at support@wellearthgoods.com, or a text to 541-944-9355 and let us know who you are. We'll get your replacement package in the mail as soon as possible, usually the same business day!  It's as easy as that!
